Terms of sale

Effective November 5, 2026

These terms cover buying a SightLine plan. Using the software itself is covered by the licence agreement (EULA).

Seller

SightLine is sold by SightLine. Questions: [email protected].

Plans

• Free: all features, for up to 5 site plans. No payment, no time limit.
• Pro: unlimited site plans, sold as a monthly or yearly subscription per user, activated with a product key.
• Enterprise: per-seat plans by agreement.

Prices are shown on the pricing section before you buy, in US dollars, plus any sales tax or VAT where required.

Renewal and cancelling

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; Pro keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, then the app returns to Free. Your maps are never locked or deleted: over the Free limit you can still open, edit and export them, but can't add new ones.

No refunds

All sales are final. Please try the Free plan before you buy: it has every feature, for up to 5 site plans, so you can check that SightLine works for you first. When you cancel, you are not charged again, but payments already made are not refunded. This does not affect any rights you have under the law where you live.

Product keys

A Pro key is for one person and can be active on up to 2 PCs at a time (for example a desktop and a laptop). You can move it by deactivating an old PC. Don't share or resell keys.

Changes to prices

We may change prices for future periods. We'll email you at least 30 days before a price change affects your renewal.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.
